Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the promotion of our brand through data and analysis. You will also track and communicate key performance indicators and other success metrics through visuals and analysis that will ultimately help leadership make decisions to best drive revenue for the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor key metrics and generate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, as well as critical ad hoc reports, that measure impact of marketing strategies, drive analytical strategy and contribute to improved performance of future initiatives.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources across all digital marketing programs (email, display ads, search, social, events, landing pages, webinars, sales and customer support tools.
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Provide tactic-specific response rates, lead gen conversions, multi-touch attribution and, ultimately, impact on revenue (ROI).
  •  Identify and interpret data, formulate insights, and successfully communicate actionable recommendations and implications to core teams.
  •  Compile regular competitive analyses/data points/benchmarks to keep pulse of the digital marketing trends and landscape in the industry.
  • Partner with marketing partners to ensure technical aspects of all digital programs are set-up and tagged properly for measurement.
  • Partner with internal teams and marketing partners to build a singular system for all data used in marketing.
  • Partner and influence IT on data infrastructure to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Contribute to operational improvements to maximize efficiency and lead the development of new reports and processes.
  • Develop attribution models to help the team better understand which integrated communication tactics have the greatest impact.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related field; Bachelor's degree required.
  • Digital marketing knowledge and understanding of typical loyalty, retention and digital KPIs/quantitative metrics.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Deep experience with CRM and Analytics tools with the ability to condense the analysis of many platforms.
  •  Independent, self-starter, adaptable
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and experience in pulling, mining, and synthesizing data into stories.
  • Ability to translate business and marketing questions into marketing requirements and specifications.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and inbound marketing.
  • Knowledge and certifications of standard marketing analytics platforms and tools.
